FLUTE TIME TRAVELER<\/i><\/p>\n

PROGRAM<\/i><\/p>\n Boganda Bushevska<\/strong> started her music education at the age of ten, studying flute at the music school \u201cTodor Skalovski – Tetoec\u201d in Tetovo. After the high school graduation she\u2019s been recognized as the most successful student of the city, and she receives a special plaque and diploma from the mayor of the city, for her contribution in education and affirmation of the city. In 2017 she obtained her bachelor\u2019s diploma at the Faculty of Music in Skopje, in the class of Straso Temkov. In 2019 she moves to Paris after receiving a scholarship at the prestigious music school Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris \u201cAlfred Cortot\u201d, where she studied under the mentorship of Mihi Kim. In 2020, along with her studies at \u201cAlfred Cortot\u201d, she studied piccolo for a year in the class of Anne-Sophie Neves at the Conservatory Mozart. She visited master classes of the flutists Dejan Gavric, Emmanuel Pahud, Eva Maria Thoneman, Karolina Santl Zupan, Laura Levai Aksin.<\/p>\n In 2017 she performed as a soloist with the Maceodnian Philharmonic Orchestra, performing the first movement of the famous concert for flute and orchestra by Jacques Ibert. The same year she started playing with the orchestra of Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra as a part time member. In 2018 she represents her country Macedonia at the European Music Finals Competition (Thomas Kuti prize) for flute, where she performs in the final alongside competitors from 17 European countries. <\/span>Bushevska performed at the Macedonian Embassy in France in 2021, as a part of a cultural\/educative collaboration between Macedonia and France. <\/span>At the Ohrid Summer Festival in 2021, she performed as a soloist with the chamber orchestra of Jeunesses Musicales Macedonia, and in 2022 she had a solo concert at the opening of the Leshok Chamber Music Festival.<\/p>\n Bushevska was a soloist with the chamber orchestra \u201cOrfej\u201d in Bulgaria, two years in a row. She has performed at the Skopje Summer Festival, Ohrid Summer Festival, the festival \u201cZlatna Lira\u201d, at the jubilee concerts for Macedonian composers (Risto Avramovski, Tome Mancev, Stojan Stojkov) and was a part of the flute quartet Aulos for 6 years. She also collaborated with Bitola Chamber Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Army of R. Macedonia.<\/p>\n She took part in a lot of state and international competitions- <\/span>3 times First Prize at the state competition for flute in Skopje; two times Laureate of the International Music Competition in Bulgaria; First prize at the International Competition for Flutes in Valjevo, Serbia; Laureate of the international competition \u201cEzerski Biseri\u201d in Struga; first prize of SOKOM for best performance of a piece by a Macedonian composer at the competition \u201cOhridski Biseri\u201d; Laureate of the foundation Tomislav Zografski.<\/p>\n After years of collaboration, in 2021 she becomes a project coordinator for Jeunesses Musicales Macedonia, and the same year she was voted to become a member of the Classical Music Committee for the global network Jeunesses Musicales International in Brussels, Belgium. For Jeunesses Musicales she works on a various projects, such as Play it Loud, Encore Accelerando, New Ways in Classical Music, Imagine Music Competition.<\/p>\n She won a project by the Ministry of Culture in Macedonia to perform a concert in MC Gallery in New York in December 2022, together with the flutist Elena Stojceska.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Elena Stojceska<\/strong> has been featured at numerous music festivals in Europe, including W.A.Mozart Festival in Rovereto, Skopje, Ohrid and Bitola Summer Festivals, Days of Macedonian music in Skopje, Maskfest Festival for new music in Bologna and San Marino, Festival d\u2019Arromanches and Suscinio, Forfest festival for contemporary music in Kromeriz, Czech Republic, Festivals for contemporary music in Luxembourg and in Nederalands, Sao\u00fb chante Mozart in France, Sarajevo winter in Bosnia and many others.<\/p>\n Ms. Stojceska is a musician who has worn many hats throughout her professional career: flutist, teacher, director, freelance musician and cultural attach\u00e9, among others.<\/p>\n She has appeared as soloist with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra, Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano and Trento in Italy, Paul Kuentz Orchestra, Orchestra of Auvergne, Bacau Symphony Orchestra, Ensemble Bonsai and French flutes orchestra.<\/p>\n In addition to her work as a soloist and chamber musician, she is an orchestra musician, performing as a principal flutist with Orchestre Pasdeloup, Orchestre de l\u2019Alliance, Orchestre Divertimento, Orchestre Philharmonique International, Orchestre de chambre de Versailles.. She recorded with the French Flute Orchestra and Ensemble Divertimento.<\/p>\n In addition to her performing activities, Ms. Stojceska is a passionate and dedicated pedagogue. She is a tenured professor at the Livry-Gargan conservatory and teaches at the Paris W.A.Mozart Conservatory, giving masterclasses, conferences and workshops at the Faculty of music, the Professional high school and Polyhymnia in Skopje, at the Conservatory of Chatellerault, France and at the Colloquy in Kromeriz, Czech Republic.<\/p>\n Recipient of scholarships from Open Society Macedonia, French Government, Albert Roussel Foundation, Ministry of Culture of Macedonia, Ms. Stojceska studied in France and Italy with Pierre-Yves Artaud, Peter Lukas Graf, Vincent Lucas, Aur\u00e8le Nicolet and Irena Grafenauer among others and won First Prize at the 2004 AudiMozart! Competition in Rovereto, Italy. Other successes in international competitions include top prizes at National Flute and Chamber Music Competitions in Macedonia and former Yugoslavia, as well as in France, European competition, Buffet Crampon and Gaston Crunelle-Lucien Wurmser competitions.<\/p>\n Ms. Stojceska is Director of the Conservatory for music and dance of Livry- Gargan since 2020.
