Open Monday through Sunday 12pm \u2013 6pm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(January 15, 2016) First International Art Exhibit, <strong>\u201cShow Your World\u201d<\/strong>, will open in New York City. This cultural event celebrates the results of the \u201cShow Your World\u201d\u00a0International Art Competition: artists of various media from <strong>43 countries<\/strong> have submitted their entries \u2013 the artworks reflecting and depicting the world in all its diversity.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a conventional art show \u2013 this is an <strong>international social event<\/strong> welcoming people from various countries and cities to meet at one place, <em>Gallery MC<\/em> in New York. The audience is invited to participate in artist talks, workshops, casual hangouts while enjoying\u00a0art from all over the globe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Program of the Art Event \u201cShow Your World\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nOn January 15, at the Opening Event meet the winner and the finalists who arrive in New York City from UK, Russia, Uruguay, to name a few. The short introduction and artist talks will be followed by the performance of jazz pianist Marina Makarova and opera singers, Zoya Gramagin (soprano) and Robert-Heepyoung Oh (baritone) produced by our collaborative partner, <strong><em>Lyric Seasons.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On January 16 and 17, workshops conducted by the Finalists and participating artists are scheduled for the public: <em>Modern Documentary Art Photography &amp; Video Art <\/em>by Kirill Ovchinnikov (Russia), <em>Painting on Stones<\/em> by Shirley Siegal (Israel), the <em>Drawing Workshop<\/em> by Hadieh Afshani (Iran-Australia-USA), the <em>Introduction to the<\/em> <em>Ebru Technique<\/em> by Kate Goltseva (USA).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Exhibition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The finalists from the following countries take part in the show: USA, Israel, Russia, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, France, Ukraine, Spain, Germany, Japan, Uruguay, Iran, Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The winner:<\/strong> Xiaoxi Kang, UK<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honorable Mentions: <\/strong>Dongze Huo (China\/USA), Kirill Ovchinnikov (Russia), Leah Miriam Cooper (USA), Ryota Matsumoto (Japan), Juanito Conte (Uruguay).<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cShow Your World\u201d exhibit\u00a0is about artistic vision and interpretation of the world and life.
