At that time, the focus of her interest was Bach’s music for piano, as well as the Russian composers, thanks to her mentor Boris Romanov. During her musical studies in Paris (from 2000 to 2005) her field of interest broadened, and she studied contemporary piano repertoire with Martine Joste and Claude Helffer, both well-renowned concert pianists. She has performed as a solo pianist and in chamber music ensembles in different European countries (Italy, France, Germany), as well as at music festivals in Macedonia. In 2005 she was hired as a piano accompanist at the Macedonian National Opera. Since then, she has collaborated with many artists, including singers, conductors and stage directors from all over the world. From 2006 to 2012 she ran a small pedagogical center in Skopje, where she introduced certain innovations in the field of music pedagogy for pre-school children. Ms. Nevcheva has made recordings for the Macedonian National Radio, and has contributed with piano parts in film music. Her solo recording of the piano works by the Macedonian composer Aleksandar Pejovski “Le Tombeau” stands out as one of the highlights of her pianist career.

Premiere of Aleksandar Pejovski’s “U mishja rupa”, along with songs from Gershwin, Bizet, Skalovski and Zografski

[3,14
