Effortless by Jana Lulovska
Effortless, Reception for the Artist in Residence on Wednesday, November 5th from 6 to 9 pm
Exhibition “Effortless” by Jana Lulovska opens in New York
The solo exhibition Effortless by Macedonian interdisciplinary artist Jana Lulovska will open on November 5, 2025, 6 to 9 PM at Gallery MC in New York. The exhibition presents a selection of digital paintings that explore the concepts of fluidity, transformation, and the natural flow of life.
Using digital tools, Lulovska creates a visual space where movement and change become central elements of expression. Inspired by the Fluxus movement, Effortless embodies the natural flow of events and the choices we make with beauty and grace, transforming life’s daily challenges into serene and transcendent moments of simplicity.
Lulovska’s Effortless becomes more than a collection of digital images; it is a manifesto for a new way of seeing and creating. By embracing fluidity, both in concept and medium, her work offers a vision of art that is unrestricted, ever-changing, and deeply resonant with the complexities of contemporary life. It is a reminder that, even amidst the challenges of everyday life, there is beauty to be found in the flow, in the effortless transitions that define our existence.
Jana Lulovska is an award-winning artist whose practice includes photography, painting, printmaking, installation, and experimental film. She has exhibited in North Macedonia, the USA, France, Germany, Italy, and beyond, and her works are part of numerous international collections.
The exhibition remains open to visitors from November 5 to November 13, 2025, at Gallery MC, 545 West 52nd Street, New York, NY.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of North Macedonia.
